chimpanzee is an upcoming 2012 nature documentary film about a young chimpanzee named Oscar who finds himself alone in the African forests until he is adopted by another chimpanzee. The film was co-produced by Disneynature and the Jane Goodall Institute and directed by Alastair Fothergill and Mark Linfield. It is the fourth movie from Disneynature, following Earth, Oceans, and African Cats, and it will be released in theaters on Earth Day, April 20, 2012. Similar to other Disneynature release
